Founding Member Terms

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and resident in Australia. The founding offer is available to new customers only, limited to one founding membership per person, and is not transferable. Founding offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, credit or promotion.

What each tier includes

A Pulse Check is a focused progress re-test, not a full panel. It re-tests the markers that lifestyle changes move, being blood sugar, cholesterol and inflammation, so you can see whether your changes are working.

Founding Check-up, $349 per year: one core health test per year at an accredited partner collection centre with 20+ markers, the Camilla app and your Wellness Score.

Founding Complete, $699 per year: one comprehensive blood test per year at an accredited partner collection centre with 35+ markers across heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid, iron, vitamins and hormones, the Camilla app with your Wellness Score, plain-English results and an improvement plan, and doctor-reviewed results.

Founding Momentum, $849 per year: everything in Complete, plus one Pulse Check about six months after your annual test, score updates showing your change over time, and priority booking.

Founding Transform, $999 per year: everything in Complete, plus two Pulse Checks spaced roughly every four months, score updates after every test, and priority booking.

100 founding places

Founding memberships are capped at 100 places in total across all four tiers. The counter shown on our website reflects only confirmed paid memberships. Once 100 places are taken, the founding offer closes and the launch prices apply.

Expected launch window

Testing is expected to begin in Sydney in November 2026. If that window moves, we will tell you by email, and your refund guarantee continues to apply until your first collection is available to book.

Pricing and annual renewal

Your first year is paid up front at the founding price: $349 for Check-up, $699 for Complete, $849 for Momentum or $999 for Transform. At launch the public prices will be $399, $799, $949 and $1,099 respectively. Your membership renews automatically each year at your founding rate for as long as you remain continuously subscribed. If you cancel and later rejoin, the public price at that time applies. We will email you before each renewal.

Changing tiers

Founding members can move to a different tier later and keep founding pricing on the new tier, provided the membership has been continuously subscribed. Email max@justaskcamilla.com and we will apply the change from your next renewal, or sooner with a pro-rata adjustment.

Pre-launch refund guarantee

You can change your mind at any time before we launch and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Email max@justaskcamilla.com and we will process the refund to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Cancellation

You can cancel from your account page or by emailing max@justaskcamilla.com. We ask for 30 days notice before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; any tests already used in the current membership year are not refundable after launch, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

We handle your personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy.
