Camilla is a wellness service operated by Just Ask Camilla Pty Ltd. The information in our app, emails and website is general wellness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or another qualified health practitioner.
Not a diagnostic or screening service
Camilla does not diagnose, detect, screen for, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Your results show your measured markers at one point in time. They cannot confirm or rule out any condition, and a result within a reference range does not mean you are free of illness.
Practitioner review and your GP
Samples are processed by NATA-accredited Australian laboratories and results are reviewed by AHPRA-registered practitioners. Anything needing attention is flagged for you to discuss with your GP. Camilla does not replace your GP, does not provide ongoing clinical care, and does not prescribe or manage treatment. Always speak with your doctor about your individual health, and never stop or change a treatment based on your Camilla results alone.
No emergency service
Camilla is not for emergencies and is not monitored around the clock. If you are unwell, have symptoms that concern you, or believe you may be in danger, contact your doctor or go to your nearest emergency department. In an emergency, call 000.
Individual results vary
We make no promise about any particular result or outcome from using Camilla. Nothing on our website or in our app should be read as a guarantee of any health benefit.
